Anthony's coal fired pizza began with a simple dream: to bring authentic, coal-fired pizza to our community. Founded by Anthony himself, our restaurant started as a small family venture driven by passion for traditional Italian cooking methods.
What makes us unique is our commitment to the ancient art of coal-fired cooking. Our coal ovens reach temperatures of over 1000°F, creating that perfect crispy crust with a smoky flavor that can only come from real coal fire.

Coal Oven Installation
Our custom-built coal oven arrived from Italy. This massive 8,000-pound oven became the heart of our restaurant and the secret to our perfect pizza.
Grand Opening
Anthony's coal fired pizza officially opened its doors in Jordan, AR. Despite challenging times, the community embraced us with open arms.
